When will my order ship?
We attempt to ship orders within 3 - 5 business days. There may be a delay with a larger orders. In the case that there is a significant delay, a member from the team will contact you. If you have questions about your order, please contact us at orders@rosannebeck.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however. RosanneBECK Collections is not responsible for custom fees or duties on international orders. International orders may experience extended delivery times due to customs.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are not required to collect sales tax on orders outside of the Texas. For all orders billed in Texas, a sales tax of 8.75% will be applied.
Is my transaction secure?
RosanneBECK Collections will never sell or share customer information with third parties. The information collected is for the purpose of billing and shipping orders. Our site uses the industry standard 256-bit encryption technology to ensure your personal information is protected.
Can I find your products locally?

What is your return policy?
