SHIPPING


RosanneBECK Collections carefully prepares, packages and ships each order from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas. We attempt to ship your order as soon as it is received. There may be a delay with a larger orders. In the case that there is a significant delay, a member from the team will contact you.

Orders ship by way of USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are based on the weight and final destination. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us before placing your order for expedited shipping options.

RosanneBECK offers international shipping, however, is not responsible for any custom fees or duties on such orders. International orders may be subject to extended delivery time lag due to delays in customs.

RETURNS


RosanneBECK Collections accepts returns providing that:
1. The order is retuned with in seven (7) days of receipt.
2. The product is unused/unopened and remains in its original packaging.
3. All personalized and custom products are non-refundable after order confirmation. By granting approval on the final proof, the customer assumes full responsibility for the approved product and is required to remit the full payment. We are unable to accept returns beyond this point, but will be able to reprint at a cost.


Refunds will be processed as soon as they are received. Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days due to provider's processing times. Shipping costs are refundable. Please keep the tracking number and all shipping information to confirm that your shipment is received at our facility.
